JOIN THE COALITION
Joining the coalition means first and foremost taking part in its implementation, and being convinced of the importance of networking.
The principle of the coalition is that all its members contribute to its financing, to the benefit of strengthened advocacy and pooling tools.
You don’t have to be a coalition partner to have your own initiatives featured on the information portal.
The definition of the coalition’s strategy, the choice of its areas of intervention, the priorities of its advocacy action, are reserved for those who contribute concretely to its deployment.
Contributions can be financial, with fees adapted to the size of the structure, or scientific.

The role of Climate Chance in the Coalition
The association acts as the secretariat, coordinating and running the Coalition, with the aim of strengthening the dynamics of the players involved and encouraging dialogue between all the stakeholders.
About Climate Chance
Since its creation in 2015, the association has supported the central role of local and regional actors in climate action and the inseparable link between the climate, biodiversity and desertification agendas, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is the only international association seeking to unite all non-state actors in Europe and Africa: local governments, businesses, civil society organisations, as well as the media, researchers and citizens, working to accelerate local action. The initiative of the international coalition for biodiversity corridors in Africa, bringing together climate and conservation players, is part of this larger effort to unite actors.
